If you are using a dual-monitor setup, the print screen function will capture every active screen. You will see the screen dim for a second, which means your screenshot is captured and saved. If you want to directly save a screenshot as a file, press Windows key + Print Screen. When you press the key, a screenshot is saved to your clipboard, meaning you can paste. If there doesn’t appear to be a key with "Print Screen" - look for one that says "PS," "PrntScrn" or "PrtSc". To capture a screenshot, simply press the Print Screen key on your computer’s keyboard. It is also available on external keyboards if you have one connected to your laptop/desktop. If you want to capture a full screenshot, there is usually a dedicated Print Screen key on your keyboard.
